iHeir-QF皮革防霉清洁膏为白色膏状液体，由多种天然光亮剂、水解丝肽营养保护剂、水性成膜剂，采用纳米抗菌材料和有机安全*抗菌剂复配而成。属于非释放型的处理剂，不渗失、不游移，也不会被微生物所消耗，以特殊的机械式杀菌（表面进行涂抹），将赋予处理后之基质优越之耐久性，并且对微生物抗菌具有独特的防护功能，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延长皮面的使用寿命，并能*去污、不伤皮面、防静电、快干、不留痕迹，且能使处理后饱满手感及增加产品价值感。作为耐久性抗微生物处理剂，它具有广泛的抗菌活性。对诸如霉菌、藻类和酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。
可广泛的使用于各种生产方式中，如批次式及连续式都能尽可能不改变制程及生产设备的条件下进行加工。具有常温下进行*键结的性质，常温反应即可有效（涂抹方式），高温仍不被破坏。适用于长纤、短纤纤维和织物、天然皮革及人造皮革表面处理。可使用BPB（溴酚蓝液）于各种生产制程中或终端成品，进行快*果确认。

使用说明 （instruction）
iHeir-YQ皮革防霉清洁膏可被直接混配入有机和无机配方中。它也可被用于有机和无机基质的处理，其适用的溶剂有水、*、酮类、酯类、烃类和氯代烃类。其处理方法为用软皮、抹布或海绵沾少量iHeir-YQ清洁防霉膏擦拭皮革表面即可。并能除去水副产物*。在使用之前，必须先进行生产规模的试验，以确定应用工艺条件，诸如时间和温度条件等。

急性皮肤吸收
iHeir-YQ清洁防霉膏的急性皮肤吸收毒性极低，经天竺鼠试验，为LD50>7，950毫克/公斤体重，因此，在一般的工业操作条件下，只要小心并做好清洁，本品并不会导致皮肤吸收中毒，但建议还是在戴手套的情况下使用。
