1、阀门使用前应对传动装置进行调试，保持传动装置各项功能完好，极限行程和过力矩保护控制可靠；
2、阀门传动装置各润滑部位调试使用前要充分加润滑油；
3、安装前应将阀门内腔清洗干净，并清除在运输中造成的缺陷；
4、放风阀安装应保持蝶阀传动轴呈水平状态，活塞阀垂直向上的位置。
5、定期加注润滑油，保持各运动部件的良好润滑条件；
6、在使用一段时间后，如发现活塞关闭不严漏风应检查更换活塞环；
7、启动电动装置前，应仔细阅读随机提供的电动装置说明书；
8、阀门使用后要定期观察启闭运行状况，发现问题及时处理。
