一要做好开机前准备工作。开机前应先检查机组各阀门是否处正常开机状态,检查冷却水水源是否充足,接通电源后,根据要求设定温度。冷库的制冷系统一般是自动控制的,但*次使用时应先开冷却水泵,运转正常后再启动压缩机。
二要做好运转中的管理。制冷系统正常运转后要注意以下几点:一是听设备在运转过程中是否有异常声音;二是几看库内温度是否下降;
三是摸吸排气冷热是否分明,冷凝器冷却效果是否正常。
四要做好果蔬的分类采收与库内堆放。用于冷藏的水果、蔬菜都应是质量上佳、成熟度适宜,不带伤病的个体,应预冷和冲洗后放入。
