排管的设计是冷库设计中的重要一环,传统设计中一般都同时设计顶排管及墙排管,但在实际操作中墙排管有以下几方面不足之处:
(1)易于积油,传热效果不断下降。
(2)堆叠货物后难以进行热氨冲霜及卫生清理。
(3)占据相当的空间体积。
因此设计冷库排管时,不要设计墙排管,全部设计成顶排管。设计顶排管时,为了冷库的均匀供液及今后对排管冲霜的方便,建议每个单元流程的蒸发面积不宜大于400 Ill ,否则,库内供液难以均匀,降*冷效果.同时冲霜时间过长,库温波动较大,冲霜期间的滴水量较多.对库内物品的质量,特别是外包装物影响较大。
