     冷库主要用于食品的冷冻加工及冷藏,它通过人工制冷,使室内保持一定的低温。冷库设计建筑与一般工业和民用建筑不同,有它独特的结构。 冷库的墙壁、地板及平顶都敷设有一定厚度的隔热材料,以减少外界传入的热量。为了减少吸收太阳的辐射能,冷库设计时外墙表面一般涂成白色或浅颜色。
    冷库设计:
    *步冷库设计主要通过对冷库的构造、材料、设备,以及当地的气候和对工程的要求进行的。根据设计要求包括工程概况和气候情况首先对冷库进行选址。
    第二步设计冷库的隔热防潮结构并根据冷库要求进行材料结构的选择。然后根据提供的材料的传热层系数及冷库设计要求进行冷负荷计算并汇总,然后根据负荷计算得出*佳的冷库系统设计方案。接下来对压缩机和辅助设备进行选型计算包括压缩机的参数和台数,辅助设备有冷凝器、中间冷却器、油分离器、高压储液器、冷风机等。下一步是对冷库系统管道的设计,有系统管道和阀门的设计要求,管道流速要求及蒸发器供液管的设计等。

    Cold storage design:

The auxiliary equipment includes condensers, intermediate coolers, oil separators, high-pressure reservoirs, and cooling fans. The next step is the design of the cold storage system pipeline, the design requirements of the system pipeline and valves, the flow rate requirements of the pipeline and the design of the evaporator supply pipe.
